Yash Murty

Founder & Director
VP of Global Engineering, STMN

Yash Murty graduated from IIT Madras, one of the Indian Institutes of Technology, India's top national engineering institutes, and moved to Japan in 2017. At Monstarlab Inc., he worked on multiple projects for Japanese companies from concept through release.

He then joined LY Corporation as a Senior Manager, leading product development for LINE Premium across Japan and international markets. Managing global engineering teams and working closely with Japanese business stakeholders, he has extensive experience building cross-border development organizations. Since May 2026, he has served as VP of Global Engineering at STMN, Inc.

Daisuke Hirata

Advisor
APAC CTO, Monstarlab

Daisuke began his career at IBM in 2004 in system development, then worked across software and hardware at a venture company, from data center management systems to drones. He joined Monstarlab in 2015 as Chief Technologist and became Executive Officer and CTO in 2018, leading the entire engineering organization. He has served as APAC CTO since 2019 and as Senior Managing Executive Officer since 2023.
